Posta Romana approached multiple agencies for the redesign of their digital ecosystem. Long before that, we stepped in with a sharper perspective: a complete rethink of their brand experience, digital processes, and the future of their online presence.
Our goal? To show Posta Romana how a modernised national institution could look, feel, and function - through clearer structure, improved usability, and a refreshed visual identity aligned with today's expectations.

Behind the Scenes
Our process began with a bold recommendation: it was time for Posta Romana not just to redesign their website, but to rethink the entire brand experience behind it. We challenged outdated structures, encouraged a full review of their online processes, and presented multiple creative directions that showed what “old vs new” could truly mean. To support this vision, we created a draft logo evolution, not as a finished identity, but as a clear demonstration
of how a modernised Posta Romana could communicate trust, efficiency, and progress. Alongside that, we presented refined information architecture, updated UX flows, and design directions built for clarity and performance.
Even though the execution moved to another agency later on, our pitch set the tone: a forward-looking, strategic approach that pushed the conversation beyond visuals and into genuine digital transformation.
